I went to repair my hp printer. The rollers had gone bad due to which i was not able take 2-sided prints. He had second hand working replacement rollers but I thought he was asking very high price for it so i decided to not buy it and asked him to pack the printer again as is. After getting the printer home.. it completely stopped working as paper was getting stuck after the rollers but before the cartridge area. And paper started getting torn from the center. Upon close examination i found a good amount of ‘newspaper’ pieces pushed between the rollers. Most people would think the printer has stopped working and go back to them for fixing the issue which does not exist. I have a feeling this was done deliberately done so that i would go back to get it fixed again. How come ‘newspaper’ pieces would otherwise go inside a printer and that too neatly tucked into a place where it wont be easy to see it. See the photos attached. Look at the photo where one paper is neatly rolled.

Worst service... I think the other two reviews are fake ones I guess. Went in looking at the reviews to take out small paper struck between the rollers, but after reaching home and 2 to 4 prints later, the Teflon roll is completely damagaed... everything was fine till then.. those guys said I have to replace the rollers which will cost 1600 bucks or something, I knew what the problem was, that a small piece of paper was stuck between the rollers. They kept my printer for one whole day, don’t know what they did to it. I called and asked them how much it would cost me to change the Teflon roller, they said 1600... I am getting the Teflon roller on amazon for 180 bucks... don’t go unless you wanna spend 10 times extra money.
