Just come back from an absolutely brilliant weekend on The Thames. From start to finish it was perfect. The company are 2nd to none and nothing is too much trouble. Thank you so very much to you all X Would like to add.... it was on The Lady Kristina. It was for a week not a weekend and booked under the name of Mr Keytes.

Nice Cruise options. The sitting area next to this place is really nice if you got your own picnic basket.
We had a fantastic day along the Thames yesterday on one of the Lady Sovereign boats to celebrate my husband's birthday. Huge thanks to the whole Kris Cruisers team for fitting us in after we were let down by a rival company further down river. The staff were patient, friendly and really knowledgeable of the boats, locks and where to go - all of which made for a perfect day out! We can't wait to come back :)
Great views and brilliant boats but zero flexibility from staff. We were forced to take full day cruise when we wanted only half day. And we were forced to park away from site and paid separately even though space was available at the venue. The need to learn more about customer service.
Had a fun day with friends loved the experience very helpful lock keepers great views
