Provides advance information about vehicle number and contact number of the driver. Courteous, drivers who seek passenger's approval to halt for tea break at Murthal.( not sure if they will be offended, if restrained to do so). Great experience so far.
Value for money. Good communication on driver details etc. Soft spoken driver. GPS tracking. However scope of improvement in terms of safe driving skills, tracking sharing with relatives, sharing options and vehicle quality. All the best. Potential to be big company.
