Excellent service and on-site repairs. The sales associates were all extremely pleasant and helpful. I brought in my suitcases for repairs and both could be repaired the same day. They really stand by their warranty!

I bought Topaz Model even if any discount and promotion. Staffs were kind. You can feel free look around the shop. And they work until 9:00 PM on Saturday. Just benifit is tax refund. There were not old model. Only New models are there.
