I would like to take the time to recognize, Client Care Representative Wendy, She is extremely Knowledgeable of SMO policies and Procedures that are associated with an Oil Burning Furnace, and the maintenance Contracts, she takes the time to explain all your necessary concerns. Wendy worked extensively with me until, I received my Oil Delivery as well as placing a ticket with the Service Technician she is a great asset to the SMO Team, please pass along my sincere appreciation to Wendy for an excellent job well done... Great technicians and customer service support. Nicole helped me with a billing problem, a/c install, and tax credits. She did a great job tracking down all the information for me and was very nice.
I paid to have my oil tank filled on Sunday and was told it was supposed to be completed by two business days. Called back on Tuesday and was told if I wanted it filled today I would be charged a 50 dollar fee. They claimed they would be out tomorrow, however I have to leave for training for the Marine reserves that morning and will be gone for the next week. Update: A manager, who was very professional on the phone reached out to me and ensured a driver would be here to refill my heating oil and prime and restart my system today, prior to me leaving
I rely on SMO for fuel delivery and they are better than the USPS right now. Prompt , reliable service! On phone assistance is very friendly and helpful.
I have used SMO since we moved into our home in 2006. They have maintained our 30 year old boiler and it works great. We replaced our water heater and two A/C units. All services have been great and if there is an issue they work to resolve it.
