This was so much bigger that we thought. They say the tour take 15-20 minutes but really there is so much to see you can stay longer. We had to keep it moving because there were people behind us - at any other time I would have let them pass me but with social distancing, got to keep it moving. It may not be for little kids - my 9 year old was holding hands tightly and got a fright a few times (loving every minute of it) but for kids 6 and younger might be a bit too scary, but you know your kid. There is a LOT to see and many of them are interactive so look for the buttons for the kids to press. The black hole tunnel at the end is one of the best I've ever been to (better than Canada and here in NYC). They give you hand sanitizer before you walk the tunnel and now I know why - I was gripping the railing so tight! This is a really fun activity - should go. Adults are 10.95 I think, and kids are less.

This was the perfect level of scary for my 9 year old. The exhibit were fun and it was nice that there was hand sanitizer readily available at both the entrance and exit. The price was reasonable as well. There was definitely a point where I may have jumped a foot off the ground. A great first visit during Halloween month and break from the current situation.

Went with my 9 year old. It was the perfect level of scariness to get us in the Halloween spirit. The displays were fun and there was hand sanitizer available at the beginning and end of the exhibit. Prices were reasonable for the experience. We drove almost 2 hours to get here and paired the visit with pirate golf and some food. A perfect road trip!

What an incredibly awful experience. Was there earlier today. From the minute we walked in the rude staff was all over us They were yelling we can't bring strollers in, to trying to get a family to separate from each other. We were a group of 14 with 2 infants. When we were getting tickets the sign says adult, student and child. The lady determined our child was a student. We asked what the difference was was she snapped that she said he was a student. We had 2 infants, a toddler and 6,7 and 9 respectively. We purchased tickets and proceeded to go inside. We were met by an over aggressive security guard type yelling no drinks inside. He wanted us to leave a bottle of water for infant formula outside. We put it in the diaper bag and he said dont think he didn't see that. At that point point we asked what the problem was. Do you want us to come in or can we have a refund. They opted to go with the\tough guy\ security guard saying we aren't coming in. When the ticket lady refunded the money, the security guy was trying to force a mother holding a 2 month old out the door, saying I said you have to go now. We have been to this place before. It is not amazing and as expected over priced. But we were going to support businesses opening after the pandemic. We get the rules, because we worked through the pandemic. The mother holding her 2 month old is an icu nurse that chose to continue working through the pandemic. I will never support this business. Our large extended family of first responders and veterans will never set foot in this place again.
