Useless is the best word to describe not only this office but the entirety of the VA. The employees of the Department of Vocational Rehabilitation will not advocate for you even when disability discrimination occurs. However, the uselessness does not end there. The congressional liaison will also tell veterans that their disability rating will be lowered even if the compensation and pension examinations prove otherwise. The congressional liason will also lie to your congressman on a congressional inquiry. Also, the regional director of this office is inaccessible to communicate with as a disabled veteran. Christopher Holly and Jim Ziruolo are just as corrupt as their old boss. VA OIG acts as if these two imbeciles are untouchable. I will break down every barrier in the system to expose your corruption. It will be one of my life's ambitions.

Another great visit with JD at the RO!! It took no time to get all questions answered regarding the status of my disability claim. Good and Bad. Oftentimes it is only the answer that is welcomed. Not knowing how to proceed or what to expect from the VA is frustrating, not terribly so but still...frustrating. The security guards are not there for customer service so I will give them some slack...;-) thank you for you service those who are also disabled working at the VA. Good job!
