I wanted to leave a review the minute we received our carpet installation. Fortunately my husband recommended that I have some time to cool down. I would never recommend this business. Installers were very unprofessional and left an awful mess behind them. Chunks of wood & other debris were left scattered throughout every room & carpeted OVER. So now one must be weary of every step in fear of stepping on something that would jab your foot. Installers failed to complete the measured (and paid for) steps in our spare bedroom, as well as the landing to the stairwell. After installation, I was told they’d be back to complete our landing at the bottom of our stairwell. Chunks of carpet, padding and wooden pieces were left all over the place in every single room they touched. They left SEVERAL gashes on trim and scratches on walls and doors to our bedrooms. They never came back, so after a phone call with the owner I was told that I didn’t pay to have the landing carpeted. (I made it VERY clear to the gentlemen who completed the measurement before installation that I wanted the landing carpeted. Who wouldn’t?!) Upon completion of installation, I was told by an installer that I had actually overpaid for the carpet I received and was NEVER reimbursed for said carpet. I then requested a copy of the measurement service to prove that I I had indeed, paid for the landing to be carpeted and was told that I had to pay an additional 50- FOR A PIECE OF PAPER! 50 for a copy of a measurement for a service that I ALREADY PAID FOR. So I essentially overpaid for the carpet I SHOULD HAVE received and was not provided with a complete job- shorted on product paid for. Not a happy camper! Owner was very rude, unprofessional and unwilling to make things right.

I recently had Bob's Wholesale Carpet install 2 rooms and a staircase, although it wasn't the 1st. time I have done business with them, I was then and now very pleased. Jamie and Sandy are the real deal to deal with, the installers were on time, very polite,neat, and wasted no time getting the job done. I would definitely use them again, and definitely recommend them.
