I had a decent experience. I had an appointment for 8 pm but I checked in at 1 pm. I parked on the street upon arrival and walked around to the back of gaurd building and walked through the door to check in. A safety vest is required to check in and you must have an appointment number. I was called by phone at 4:30 pm to door number 1 and got a green light at 5 pm. I recieved paperwork at 5:30 pm. The docks are pretty spacious to back into so not sure why someone put that the docks are tight. Also, KEEP YOUR TRAILERS DOORS SHUT when you back in. Oh yeah, and when it's time to leave, line up across from the guard shack against the staged trailers and wait for someone to come out and take pictures of your truck. Do pull into the exit lane or they will make you back up.

Good place to load. But bring your trailer clean they do inspection before load you and don’t forget your safety vest they don’t let you in

I don't know about other drivers which is did pick up but mine was Fast loading. I got my load with in 1 hour. Thanks to warehouse guys. Another thing male sure ur trailer is clean
