Just recently bought my bike.. overall “X” & Gino made the experience legit. Gino will literally give you the bag he rode to work with so you can transport your new items home, and X is very knowledgeable and passionate at what he does.

These guys are top notch! My bike was damaged in our move, and X worked quickly to make sure my bike returned better than it came in. He processed quotes and information flowed to the insurance agent while making sure parts were in place for a quick repair. Not only did they repair the damage, but also went over the whole bike making sure recalls and service was updated. These guys care about Ducati and care about the customer! Thanks for everything guys!

Huge thanks to Ducati Las Vegas. I had an outstanding experience with Cody and “X”. Cody worked out virtually all the details over the phone with me, so when I got there, it was essentially a sign-and-drive experience. This was huge for us, as we were coming from 2.5 hours away, and had to leave by a specific time. Cody was extremely knowledgeable regarding the entire process, and was very helpful in getting me my dream bike. “X” did the most complete walk through over the controls/menus/operation I’ve ever experienced, and made sure I was completely comfortable before I left. I would highly recommend this dealer and especially these 2 gentlemen to anyone who’s interested, especially those looking for a friendly and helpful atmosphere!

This was a fantastic buying experience I had at Ducati Las Vegas. Cody at Ducati has been the greatest help throughout buying my new Diavel 1260! Every time I visited the shop he was there to answer any questions I had. Cody made sure everything went smoothly throughout the whole experience! Even after I received the bike he made it very clear that if I had any questions or concerns, to contact him and believe me, I’ve asked questions. He has answered each question I’ve had within 20 minutes! “X” has also been a huge help. He helped me with the proper sizes while keeping the experience fun. I came by one time without calling and X took the time to kindly show me around the bike and everything I would need to know! Honestly, you guys are great and I am very glad I got my bike from you guys! If anyone wants to buy a bike and is serious about it, this is the place.
