This pharmacy is the best that I have ever been too and I have lived all over the world. Not only are they professional and attentive, they are also compassionate humans. I have seen Logan, Marvin, and the others go out of their way for their customers, and not just those with insurance but for some people really in need. I once witnessed Marvin go out of his way in an act of kindness that almost made me cry on the spot. Not what you would typically associate with a pharmacy, right? I never thought that I would write an online review for a PHARMACY but this place deserves it. Kudos to you all!

Marvin and his more-than capable staff go above and beyond the call of duty to deliver rip/roarin, knock-your-socks, trickle-your-fancy, sublime customer service. In my 20-plus years in customer/service, the book, “Raving Fans” was a book about off-the charts customer service excellence in every way. The Medical Arts staff tell customers all the time it is a joy to serve us - they have made me a raving fan. I would like to point out two amazing acts of customer service. Marvin, at home watching his beloved Chiefs, left the game early to consult with me on medication in my own home. In addition. I spilled a medication box and came to Marvin ashamed at my ineptitude. He eased my concerns telling me Medical Arts corrects and repackages “100” boxes a week. And Medical Arts has no-holds, Katie-Bar-the-Door delivery service, door to door, making deliveries as simple as blowing out one birthday candle on a cake. Also all the staff are as friendly, caring and sticklers for details as the owner himself.
