Took my van in for MOT. The waiting room was open unlike the Kingston one the day before. Good viewing of the cars in the workshop.plenty of staff. My only gripe was after the MOT technician had written out the report & pinned it to the notice board for a member of staff to present it to me the two desk staff & MOT technician had a 5 minute chat about personal matters while I was sat in the waiting room wanting to get back home as had been sat for some time. I was mildly irritated. The member of staff explained in good detail the passed MOT & advisories recorded.
