Sorry had to leave a star.......... Dear Mount Green, As you cant respond to an email - please see the attached pictures of what we are currently living in. I did send you an email regarding the mould earlier this month and thank you for not responding much like you have not responded in regards to the ongoing boiler issue - of which I have paid a company who is capable to come and fix the boiler. After the last email we as we always have cleared the flat of any mould residue as we have 3 children, then last night we noticed it had come back in the corner of the living room. So my partner has set to work to clean the mould and noticed it has now started coming up through the carpet and is attacking the underneath of the sofa. Now as you can imagine we are kind of at a loss as to how this can happen....... Please also notice the of the still broken gas box that I have contacted you about many many times in the last 2 years. I think an email may be needed to Environmental Health to discuss matters further, but in the mean time please either email back to people or send a letter to your very unhappy tenant of Flat 1 Willow Court in Guildford. My advise for people thinking of using Mount Green at this property............ don't. Mould is a constant on all the exterior walls and in the entrance hall to the building. You pay an maintenance fee each month, although for what, I do not know and you never see anyone from the 'neighbourhood team'

Mount Green have a house on Fassett Road where I live. Some of the the vulnerable tenants are being exploited. The garden was a jungle until other local residents got involved, the fence is beyond repair and the general maintenance needs to be sorted. They are profiteering without consideration of the residents.
