So the angry, washed up lady (owner) at the carpet store comes off very nice before taking your money. Once she deposits your 6000 check in her bank account, the c&t comes out to play. Her installers are bums and are extremely rude. We asked the doosh to wear shoe covers we provide to all contractors before entering our home, and gave me a hard time. Finally after telling him, either go home or wear them, he put them on. He came to do repair work on carpet that was installed 4 years ago. For no apparent reason the carpet starting coming off the tracks. If I had to guess, the installer was probably drinking too much the night before. At least that’s what he looked and smelled like. Do yourselves a favor and skip the orange carpet people. They are rotten. Would love to put no stars.

Called for an estimate on work, lady that answers the phone that seems to know all about flooring promises a call back after being given all the details including my name, phone and address and NEVER calls me back. SO strange and definitely bad business!!
