The cottingley surgery is most possibly the worst surgery I've ever been to and with all the different doctors that have tried to run the surgery not one seems to have ot right. Every other surgery I know will book you in for an appointment same day for the next available spot. I.e phone monday anytime and book appointment for tuesday or Wednesday. I mean what's so hard about ringing and booking appointment for wednesday on a monday?

I just think half the world is now a robot. They actually just don't care. It's not great, you can barely get an appointment and they are not bothered about YOU.

Absolutely fantastic service!!sharon on reception is fantastic and very easy to talk to and every GP I've seen have been very helpful....

Dr Fuller takes time to listen and go through everything you need to it's a shame he isn't availible more often. Sharon on reception is polite and helpful. One star less because at times there is no Dr at all but the service you get when there is can't be faulted

When dr pai was the in house doctor you felt like you were seeing a friend, he was kind and considerate, he listened, you could always get an appointment as long as you gave some notice, but now I am told you have to phone on the day to get an appointment, I had tests, and after looking at the results on line, it said dr to contact patient, but 2 weeks later no contact, when I rung to ask when they were getting in touch, they said they would send me a letter, not the service I am used to from this surgery.

Sharron is a fantastic recepionist very helpful always trys her best to get myself or family seen as soon as possible very bubbly and happy. As for the doctor only seen him once or twice see more of the other person both seem pleasant and caring hope will be as good as what Dr pai was things are going in the right direction but that is just my option
