Lovely stained glass door but terrible customer service and company mentality. I expected more for the price tag of the door. Our door was delayed by months and no one in the company took the care to call us. The delay was also only due to them not checking if we had received their voicemail which we hadn't. No follow up call. When the door was fitted there was a problem with the letterbox and it took 2 months of back and forth to get the fitter to complete it but it wasn't so we had to complete the job. From the start to finish they informed us about painting the edge of the door once fitted. We happily painted it. When I contacted them saying the door had cracks they finally informed me of the yearly paint job was coming up. I told them I had never been told this. This is not the first time I have had a new front door fitted but this will be only and last time I use this company. Such a shame because on the day of fitting the door looked so lovely.

I had 8 doors supplied and fitted, the doors look nice and the staff took time to discuss our requirements,the copy of the invoice obtained with all prices including fitting, which is paid to the fitter on completion. The doors were delivered on time and the fitter came on time. The fitting of 2 of the doors I was not happy with ie they did not stay where they were put, I asked the fitter if they could be adjusted, his response was that the property had dropped and the frames were out so he could not help me. After he had left I noticed that the architrave (on the new door frame he had fitted) was not fitted and also those two doors do not stay. I contacted the shop as they are the people I took the contract with they said I must contact the fitter, it seemed to me that the fitter was unwilling to make adjustments, so although I am happy with the doors, the finishing I am not. nice door very nice owner/manager but was not very happy with the fitting of the door and if anything goes wrong after.not easy to get someone to come and check it. still waiting for someone to check why we have a significant air draft around the door(nearly 2 months)

Perfect door for us and at a competitive price. Great advice in the showroom and the staff were very clear about what is and is not included in the price and the fitting process. The door was ready before the stated lead in time of six weeks and there was great communication throughout and in my numerous follow up questions. There was a genuine interest in whether their service was good. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend (and already have to those who have knocked at the door asking where we got it from) and will use the company again.
