I loved it they helped me so so much. My dog was able to come and I was there 2& 1/2 months in residential. The staff was amazing, I loved the housing and area. Plus the food was great and realistic. I feel prepared for anything life has to offer. I was in maple lodge. I loved it, I miss my girls already.

I have worked professionally with Timberline Knolls for several years. TK has consistently been a phenomenal clinical resource to collaborate with. Their case management team is extremely thorough and filled with such a tight-knit group of hard-working women. I am so grateful to have a residential care facility local to Chicagoland that can work with such a variety of diagnoses for girls and women.

If you care about the well-being of your loved on or of yourself, you will avoid this place at all costs. I’ve been twice and have personally witnessed staff being emotionally and medically negligent of patients. Nurses gave individuals the wrong medications due to mixing up who’s who. Patients were left alone to harm themselves or others. It was horrible. Multiple peers with whom I attended treatment left with increased trauma symptoms instead of decreased. You couldn’t pay me a million dollars to step foot in that place again.

We recently referred a family to TK and their experience was extremely positive. After their discharge from TK back to us, we saw such positive changes and she later discharged from us successfully. That is a success for all of us and this family. Lastly, Dianne stayed in touch with our team throughout treatment and faciliated a very seamless transition back to our program. Overall, a great experience.
