Ben and Adam did a fantastic job restoring our Sapele five finger parquet flooring in Redbourn, St Albans. Unfortunately our builders had been quite rough on the floor and there were a large number of blocks missing. For a while we thought the floor couldn’t be saved. Ben and Adam worked incredibly hard and above and beyond to bring the floor back to life. Couldn’t be happier with the outcome. Brilliant company. Highly recommended.

Ben recently did an amazing job refinishing the walnut engineered board flooring in our home in St Albans. The flooring in our hall, large kitchen diner and utility area was looking very discoloured from UV damage and marked from the wear and tear of family life. It now looks better than when it was installed! Ben recovered the walnut colour and natural grain of the wood, at the same time as creating a really hard wearing finish. We were pleasantly surprised by the minimal dust and the fact Ben and his team left our home very clean and tidy afterwards. Ben was very professional and easy to deal with from start to finish - I would highly recommend Osborne Woodcare!
We would highly recommend Osborne Woodcare. We were looking to sand and varnish the whole of the downstairs area of our house. After arranging a meeting with a few firms we used Ben due to his extensive knowledge and professionalism. We were not let down and our finished floor has exceeded our expectation. Ben and Adam are both really hard working, showed upmost respect for our home and polite at all times. Ben is a perfectionist and this really shows in our finished floor which now looks amazing. Recently had Osborne Woodcare sand our oak flooring in lounge/dining area and hallway, which had 15 years wear and tear , including having 2 dogs and my husbands attempt at sanding. Osborne Woodcare are geniuses! We had our floor sanded by another company and they left it in a terrible state, huge gouges, rough and uneven, not to mention the dust, it was like a blizzard in the sahara - we thought the floor was ruined. But Ben from Osborne Woodcare came in and has totally transformed our floor into the beautiful feature it should be. The floor is now perfectly flat and unbelievably smooth. There was also no dust whatsoever with Ben's dust free option. We would recommend Osborne Woodcare without hesitation. Ben is totally professional and his attention to detail is exemplary - he is a pleasure to deal with. If you are looking to have your wood floor sanded, don't use a builder or general flooring company as we did the first time - use a specialist - in fact use Osborne Woodcare, you will get a fantastic floor you can be proud of.
