Amazing customer experience from Shams at Toyota. Changing a car during covid was very different, wasn't able to visit the showroom, instead I had Shams, he couldn't have done enough for me. Kept me informed at each process, was really reassuring, guided me through all the forms and process. He even delivered the car to me. Will definitely ask for him in future.

Just picked up my new Hilux Invincible-X from Toyota Letchworth. Totally happy with the service I received by the sales/service team and in particular by Justin and manager Faisal, who guided me through the whole process and never at any time did I get the impression that he was pushing for a sale. Extremely satisfied. They give the best deal possible and way better then the other dealers. Oh! and the car is superb...
