3rd time we've used Giles and yet again they were great. Hot tub sorted at short notice for our Grandaughters soiree with her friends. First tub technician turned up \I'm too fat to get in the gap and fix it. I'll send for a thinner technician\ Thinner technician turns up in half hour, tub fixed. Giles. Great service with Sid Little and Eddie Large thrown in free. Cheers guys, we're customers for life now.
Had absolutely no idea they had a private pool around the back, and did private lessons! Absolutely fantastic!

Do not touch this company, they do not respond to emails, they do not fix problems, and beware about paying a delivery charge on the understanding that this will be reimbursed if they have to crane a hot tub in. The crane will not be needed, and you will not get a refund.
