Recently bought our 1st Lexus from Ken and Naomi. It really is a 1st class service from the minute we walked in to the day we left with our car. The sales team know their product inside out and at no point did we ever feel under pressure to buy from them. Servicing costs are much less than expected from a main dealer too. If you're looking for a Toyota or Lexus then this should be your 1st call. Very impressed.
Bought my second Lexus in 5 years in Lexus Cork a couple of days ago. Since I bought my first, I've found the staff very helpful, the service excellent and everything most efficient. I bought both cars from Ken Horgan in the Lexus division. Ken's a lovely man, extremely knowledgable about the marque and great to deal with. The cars are just marvellous, as well. Like the Terminator, I'll be back.
I can’t praise the service I received enough when I had an issue with my Lexus NX at Lexus Cork the issue was solved Swiftly and my car came back sanitized and gleaming .The extremely professional Sales Manager Ken saw me in the waiting room and came over for a chat and when I informed him of the issue he immediately went to the workshop to see how it was going and kept me informed about how the issue was being resolved , Love my Lexus
