Well presented accommodation near University of Lincoln, literally less than 8 minutes walk there. Main restaurants are just 5 minutes walk away from Hayes Wharf and the main shopping centre is across the road from the restaurants. The Marina is just at the front, within eyesight, with a delightful view of boats, cygnets and swans. They have two choices of rooms and three different sizes of rooms, the standard and plus, the latter is newly refurbished and furnished to a good standard and all are ensuite rooms, a student's delight! If there is a problem, it is resolved quickly. Hayes Wharf is strategically situated and you won't be disappointed. I suggest you book an appointment to have a look at the rooms, walk around to get the feel of the area to see if you like it. They have a small parking area which is not opened except on the day in September when you are booked to come in as arranged as your son or daughter is starting at the university. However, each time I have visited, I have always found a parking space on the main road which is for two hours parking, just be aware it is not residents parking. There is also a general carpark just behind the restaurants called Lucy Tower and it is the nearest to Hayes Wharf. Happy viewing!

The staff are so lovely and are always happy to help and make your stay as good as it can be. Sam and Andy are the nicest team and are always there with a smile and there so easy to have a laugh with and are incredibly helpful and will always get your problems solved. Plus there's free food usually once or twice a week in reception which is a bonus
