Absolutely horrendous, avoid at all costs. Gave an initial figure to carry out what is a very straight forward piece of work. Then didn't provide enough evidence to the court despite this being why we chose the solicitor route as they are supposed to be the experts and wanted someone else to handle it..... tried to charge extra for their incompetence in doing this part! Very little guidance in filling out forms and then again charge you when they have to amend it or send another letter explaining. Overall there have been no changes or complications to the process yet the fee has more than doubled. Timeliness is shocking, I know others that have completed the process themselves in half the time and a third of the cost.

Excellent service provided by James Spittlehouse. Our conveyancing process was a challenging one as we were selling via Purple Bricks, but James handled it with great ease and professionalism throughout. Seem very professional, but slow isn’t the word, use this company if you have all the time in the world by all means. In this fast moving world we live in, there isn’t room for this approach. You will be left frustrated and stressed to hell waiting for them to there job, best to avoid them, you may end up losing your house sale or house purchase just waiting for them to turn on there computer!!
