Recently used Logic estate agents to sell my property, Being an experienced former estate agent as you can imagine I have extremely high standards. Logic from the start were very professional and courteous, They agreed a sale in the first two weeks of marketing and from then on Kate and Laura worked tirelessly hard to get it completed in good time. Along the way the whole sales team worked on the transaction so not to forget Ben who appraised correctly to Callum and Leon who had to put up with my demands. Will use them again for sure.
We sold our house with Logic and from start to finish the experience we had was fantastic. We dealt mainly with Laura, but everyone we spoke to was polite, friendly and professional. Laura couldn't do anymore for us the entirety of the process, and always answered the phone with a friendly hello. Nothing was too much trouble and she made the experience nice and easy for us. Picking and dropping off the keys on completion was made simple and we were never made to feel like anything we were asking was silly or couldn't be dealt with easily. I would recommend Logic and Laura to anyone buying or selling their property! Thank you all so much for your hard work in helping us move through the most difficult time!
