I also would not recommend, echo other previews on the level of service, which was non existent. No help in advice, gave the wrong tiles then flipped the coin saying it was my fault. Should be wearing ten gallon hats & riding horses. Regrettably, can find no positives and suggest careful consideration is used for this company. Separate issue stay safe everyone.

An absolutely disgrace, customer service. was nil, shop stall (the person who serves) need a lessen in service and manners. i waited for 3 weeks still ended up with no tiles, so demanded a refund. not once did they return any phone calls i would rather walk on broken glass than but tiles from this shop and NEVER recommend them to anyone. i hope the directors read these reviews
Amazing customer service! We shopped about and got different quotes but these where by far the cheapest and the best quality. So happy with the service we got.
Brilliant customer service from the lads in there. Got a few quotes and was the cheapest about and better quality tiles. Would definitely recommend. Thanks for the service.
Excellent customer service from all staff very polite and very helpful also high quality tiles and I will be recommending this shop to friends and family as you won’t find a cheaper price in tiles anywhere else thank you
