Please avoid this place at all costs. They were supposed to send perfume via retail ground shipping and not first class. It looks like it may have caught fire or got damaged due to sending it like this and the post office, as enclosed in the photos, put a note, apologizing for the damage. The product was missing from the package and it was open. I've contacted the company many times, asking for my money back. They said they would on Mar 19 and they have yet to do so. I reminded them again on Monday and got no response. I've had to escalate the situation to Paypal in order to get my money back. I don't think anyone who works hard for their money should have to go through this hell to get their money back and as a seller myself, this is completely unacceptable

I bought a shirt for my niece and the first time she wore it, it got wet and faded. I took the shirt back to exchange it and they would not exchange it. I asked to speak to the manager but she would not even come out of the back to speak to me. I have spent a good bit of money in there but never again. They have lost my business. There is nothing worse than bad customer service.
