We've always had a positive experience. The persons beyond the counter have always been helpful. Only 4 stars because they need a vending machine and there aren't public toilets.

I always had a pleasant and helpful experience at the consulate. The lady at the reception is very helpful and eager to assist with the documents. If you don't have post office paid receipt or if you have not paid you can pay the visa fee at the counter by your debit card.

Really great and understanding service - i am very grateful. Due to other work travel commitments, i had extenuating circumstances with regards to the amount of time it takes to grant the business visa. I explained my urgent situation and the consulate accommodated to my situation. I made my appointment and explained my situation in advance - with a couple of months' notice, applied for my visa with all the required documents and was granted my business visa on time to visit Peru. No hassle and fantastic service. Thank you again! Maral
