I have contacted Crown Preservation Damp Proofing for the raising damp survey in the basement flat. And although I have booked them twice for the site visit (I spoke with Declan) they failed to turn up twice! They took the property details and all and promised to attend the site. No phone call that they are unable to attend or anything! very unprofessional and unreliable. Time wasters!
