Ordered oil online and picked it up from this branch. The prices as you know are very competitive and I advise checking around online for discount codes as there are so many. The branch is very easy to get to and has customer parking. The staff are very helpful and very well social distancing protocols present

Did a click & collect but needn't have bothered because I had to wait in the regular queue as noone was at the click & collect desk plus the item I ordered wasn't picked despite receiving an email an hour earlier stating that it was ready to collect. I gave 3 stars for the actual item not for the service as that would not have been worthy of any stars.

I reserved a part online and received an email which said my part is ready to collect. I went there but surprisingly they said my part is not there. They said they have to order it and I should come and collect it the day after. After asking them please at least post it to me so I don’t need to come all the way to collect my item, they said they can’t do it. I was asking the guy behind the till to ask his manager to come but he said manager is outside for a meeting. He would not give me any email or phone number of the manager. I tried to call on the their phone number. When someone pick up I asked for the manager and when I was talking to the manager and complaining about the situation suddenly they found my part and brought it to me. The workers are not professional. They were watching a video on their mobile while customers were waiting to be served. I am sorry to see a big company like euro car part to be unorganised and unprofessional like that.
