Nice Product - Poor Service. I placed my order on Wednesday evening, paying for a next day delivery service, and expecting the parcel to arrive by Friday. After no arrival, I checked the tracking number which didn't work. I tried to call the company multiple times leaving voicemails. I also e-mailed multiple times and did not receive a single response to any of my attempts until Monday. Apparently DHL failed to deliver on Friday, so that was the first attempt to wipe their hands clean, with a multitude of attempts to follow. When the parcel did finally arrive (on Monday), my partner answered the door and saw the company name on the parcel shipping paper. Expensive surprise ruined. Had it arrived ON TIME, this wouldn't have been a problem as I was the only one in. East India Company don't really care about ruined surprises - They certainly don't care about resolving issues amicably, and they are very quick to point the finger at others than to take responsibility. They also like to hint that it's YOUR fault that THEY messed up It is a shame as there's going to be a bitter taste with every tea, biscuit and gin consumed. A warning to others - stay away from buying from their website. If you like to gamble on online purchases and run the risk of not getting your purchase within the time they promise, and if you also like companies who have a poor way of managing their aftercare, then you should definitely buy from these guys.

Totally loved this store! Would definitely recommend if you are a tea drinker, but especially if you are a loose leaf tea lover! Be sure to try all the samples they have available because they are all amazing and will actually help you figure out some of the flavors you might want. So many different selections of green, black, oolong and even white tea. Not to mention all of the little goodies that go along with drinking tea.

Absolutely phenomenal customer service! Friendly, welcoming, informative and genuine! Also, there are samples of almost all the snacks so you can try before purchasing. They also have two outdoor tables where you can try a tea for 3 or take your drink with you. Love the place! Thank you Patricia, Miyoke(sp) and Simone the fantastic store manager!
