For people who dislike this place: you need to be an home owner or at least a tenant to qualify to comments on the services here. I have few apartments inside but the concerige team wasn't aware of that at the beginning. They still treat me very well with respect. And also my tenants are highly satisfied with there services and also the quality of the facilities. This is a private residential area! Why strangers require public access to the building? For sight seeing??? However the Home office opposites the road, OMG, their door man security guard are most rudeist person I have ever come cross ever.

I visited there as a guest and I was required assistance. But the concierge was very rude and disrespectful. I hope I would never have to set foot in that building again.
