Very rude, unprofessional, annoying tone of voice. At least 1 lady there. Got cited for \shelter in place\ / \stay at home\ as an essential worker. Went on everyday until the day to appear was schedule. Office was closed and remained closed even there after. My citation was input months later into there system without notification or mail sent notifying me or giving me an opportunity to reply before being sent to collection. QUICK TO COLLECT ..anywho trying to schedule a court date and that has not been provided given the courts are not open yet. Which is understandable but given the work ethic of this precint i might just find out down the raod that i MISSED THE COURT DATE. Since they dont mail or call to notify.

Poorly managed. No one answers phone calls. Judge is seldom there. Went there three times during his \office hours\ and never got to see him. Also, make sure you bring exact change.

I have been calling at multiple times per day for about a week now during covid lockdown. No one answers and im worried because im sure they still want there payment even though i live in brownsville and got this ticket for speeding on march 6 before i was let go from a good job for being unessential. Now im attempting to pay for my ticket and no one not even a message service....im so bothered with this one sidedness... if i knew who to call to correct I would. Stressed out good citizen...

I have attempted sevreal times to call the location at different hours and no one would pick up (2weeks) finally when I got through I received horrible service. The woman on the other end spoke fast and was also holding a conversation with another employee so wasn't sure at one point whom she was speaking to. She got upset cause I did not reply to her. I even stated Oh, your speaking to me. Once I got the issue solved she just hung up without give me a time. She didn't even say Thank you for calling, have a nice days or a Goodbye. She just hung up. I called back havand Ionce more no answer. Now I have no clue what time. I have never experienced such bad service from a Court House. They really need to retrain their staff. If I could give no Stars I would.
