Yesterday I drove my 90 year old neighbor there to get his 2nd vaccine for the COVID-19 virus. I think it would have been so much nicer if there was a drive through service for them...you see this at other locations. While he was in there I saw at least 8 other people pull up and go inside all requiring some type of walker/cane or wheel chair. It seems like you all could make it easier for our veterans.

I was given directions to my appointment 3 times before I finally got to the right place.

I had an eye injury. Corneal Abrasion that became infected. The pain was almost unbearable. Was sent from the emergency room to the eye clinic where I was seen by Dr. Briggs and Dr. Kassel. I would like to give as much praise as possible to both of them. They were both very knowledgeable, caring and compassionate as any Dr. I have ever met. Thank you both for your commitment to your patients. Doug Ohlmann

I always have been treated with respect at this facility. If you look like your lost, an employee with actually come up to you and ask if they can help. I feel lucky to have such a place I can go to.

most doctors try very hard, just ask to be changed if youdon't like the one your assigned. I find the service to be great at Robly Rex I respectfully suggest the Cardio dept is good but they ship all results to Nortons Hospital who are fishing for any type of major surgery they can do. Nortons is a scam hospital if you ask my non medical opinion. I went to a cardiologist in Evansville (where my sister works, and he said all was ok, some valve trouble but nothing serious. Every time I went to Nortons they cried that I needed stint bad....money money. But VA hospital for most is very good and they treat you respectfully. Watch Nortons carefully and think long and hard before you accept their high pressure proceedures
