Very well priced service. Ordered 2 pairs of glasses, 1 normal everyday set and 1 sunglasses. My everyday set is fine and very well made. For my sunglasses I ordered the graduated tint which I believe to have been the wrong choice. The tint is very faint and they do not look like sunglasses at all. When selecting the tint the illustrations of what the tints will look like is poor and does not give a good idea. Some example photos of real sunglasses would have been helpful when making the decision, instead I imagined what other graduated sunglass tints have looked like in the past. Unfortunately, as I chose it, I have been told I am stuck with my order and would have to pay around 30 for new lenses when the glasses themselves cost 45 My main advice is stay away from the graduated tints unless you want a faint tint as shown in the picture

Was a little nervous using this company although reviews are well deserved. Had an issue understanding my prescription and the customer services team were absolutely fantastic. They couldn't have been more helpful. Received my glasses in record time, and really can't fault them. Considerably cheaper than Vision Express where I used to shop and had so many comments about my 2 new pairs of Hugo Boss frames. Absolutely delighted and would highly recommend. Thanks
Had a problem with me entering my prescription details in wrongly. Got to say the customer services team were outstanding. Whilst this was clearly a mistake that I had made, they couldn't have been more helpful in helping me to rectify it. So many companies would have blamed me but they were truly kind and helpful. We need more people like this to make the world a better place. I will definitely recommend Low Cost Glasses. THank you and God Bless!
got two pairs of escada glasses and one pair of pink ribbon sunnies for the price of one pair at my normal opticians. Prescription is absolutely perfect. I am one happy customer and will recommend you to my friends and family.
