I ordered two tubs of leave in conditioner from the website and when it arrived, one of the lids was completely off and half of the product was all over the inside of the box, I called customer service and the woman was rude, accusing me of not opening the box properly and this has never happened before, I also inquired about this business being African owned which clearly it wasn't and she just ignored me, I told her that I took photos out and I was happy, she told me to to email them and leave a bad review it's up to me, all I wanted was to suggest that they ensure that the lids are secure before mailing off. Instead she hung up on me when I was telling her her that her customer service skills needs improv............... she hung up Taping the lid down could of avoided this but some people think they know it all. Be careful who you circulate you money with. They do not care about anything else but getting your money.

Excellent customer service and great prices. Very accommodating on the phone, quick delivery. They also provide less common international products at excellent prices, I've ordered 3 times and have been impressed every time.

I've given Love Afro cosmetics a 4 because although I've had problems both times with my order? 1st one a lid had come off one of my products and the 2nd i only received half of my order. Both times I was able to get a reply to my email in 2 days and the damaged and missing items we're replaced and delivered the very next day! Although I was a bit disappointed at first? I'm very happy with their brilliant priced products and response. I will keep shopping with them. Also, bearing in mind that we've have had the Coroner virus to contend with? Andrew and the team has done very well at correcting and dealing with my issues.
