I would give no stars if it was an option. I visited the Macclesfield site for an early reassurance scan with my husband as he was not able to attend the NHS scan. Reassure me was the last thing they did. Awful service left me feeling more anxious and apprehensive than ever. Visited at 7 weeks pregnant, the lady scanning me appeared that she was concerned from what she could/ couldn't see. She took phots / measurements and advised that these would be sent to her clinical supervisor and someone would ring me that day. She advised I would potentially need referring to to the NHS for an internal scan or could go back go them the following week to be re scanned. 3 weeks later and I've heard NOTHING from them. I contacted the NHS and managed go get a scan, I found out I had miscarried and have since had to undergo surgery due to the miscarriage. Still no reply from the baby ultra sound clinic. The most vulnerable time of my life, and this company are only interested in taking my money. Disgusting. I will not be going back, or recommend to anyone.

I had an amazing experience having my 3d scan here! I would definitely recommend! as the photos and service were very high quality.
I have been for 2 reassurance scans and a gender scan at the Macclesfield clinic. I’ve had a lovely experience on all three occasions, the receptionist was lovely and welcoming very friendly and the same for the sonographer, she very patient and explained everything that she was doing. I would definitely recommend getting your scans done at this clinic.
I had a scan this morning! Was made to feel very welcome and comfortable. The sonographer was lovely and explained what she was doing. The whole experience was lovely! Would definitely recommend!
