I take my dog here to get groomed. The groomers are all good and very nice. They also don't keep your dog for hours like some groomers do. The prices are reasonable too.

I went to this store as I always do and bought 4 ghost shrimp and 4 amano shrimp. The guy handed them to the cashier and I paid went home put them in a bowl to get the snails away so I don’t infect my tank with them. There very hard to get rid of. Wel I noticed I had 3 and 3 so I called but the store was closed. Late after work I go to the store. The manager Mattie (purple haired lady) walks up not even listening to me just making assumptions before I could speak. It took the original cashier to tell her the I didn’t receive two of the fish. After she immediately presumed that I’m running a con or whatever. So I show her that I called immediately as I noticed. No one answered it was after store hours and I even had I photo. Still she accuses me of running a con and compares me to a theft. I had to battle in court with her over a mistake an employee made just to get my shrimp. I had never been treated like that in any story let alone a pet supply store. I asked Mattie the manager why she felt as if I’m lying about two shrimp she replied she didn’t know me. I don’t know you or the kid who go the shrimp so how should he be trusted. I thought it was a mistake now Mattie was treating me as if I had did something wrong. I shop at this store a lot it I had all good experiences but Mattie was very rude, offensive, Unreasonable, and unconcerned with how to properly address the matter. After leave and call to find out her name and human resources department phone number she said damn what you want I gave you your fish already then hung up. This lady Mattie is very rude and should be held accountable for how she talks to her customers.

I am so upset right now. I went to Petco tonight and purchased their fresh dog food. It’s called fresh pet in the refrigerated section. I fed it to my dogs. As I was closing the bag I noticed that some of the moist kibble looked like it had little white dots all over it. I thought maybe there is some cheese in this or something. As I investigated the bag expired 10/30/18 and the other bag expired January 24, 2019. Today is March 1, 2019. Now I’m assuming that the white spots are mold on the dog food And as I take a whiff it has a funky smell to it. I surely hope my dogs don’t get violently sick from it now. This is up to the store to make sure that their products aren’t expired that they are selling to the public. This stuff isn’t even cheap. The employees there are not keeping an eye on their pet food expiration dates. So if you purchase anything at the Macedonia, OH Petco you better check the expiration dates. I went back to the store and they made things right. They gave me dog food that was not expired. They indicated that they were under a new manager who was organizing and cleaning things up in the store. They now are carrying origin dog food which is in my opinion the best dry kibble out there. They have it at a competitive price. So I am adjusting my review now. I feel that this is a little bit of a smaller pet store it would be nice to see more collar options for dogs and cats.
