Always a large and varied selection of books

firstly I would like to state I have visited the store twice in the past 6 months and both times been impressed with the selection, organisation and pricing of the books. I have however both times been served by the same person at the desk, and unfortunately received very poor customer service on each occasion. A lady in front of me being served today was met with conversation and a smile, once her transaction was completed and my turn had arrived the tone abruptly changed, and I even noted an eye roll with what seemed to be concerning my book choice. if you do not employ good customer services, I would suggest working or volunteering in a different role.
Good selection of second hand goods if at times a little pricey.
SWMBO loved shopping here. Big shop, big range, go often as the stock rotates quickly. I always get frustrated with parking anywhere nearby.
