Greatest storage solution ever. Arrived at my home, we loaded it with all the extra stuff from our home, put our home on the market, sold the house, unloaded it and never had to leave the driveway. Had access anytime we needed it. After we unloaded it, we called for pickup. I came home and it was gone. This could not be any easier! The container is well built, water/weather tight and spotless. Great job!

OMG ! The extent of damage to my furniture is breathtaking. I secured everything to the best of my ability. I guess it wasn't good enough. Wrap absolutely everything in a lot of blankets. My furniture is literally broken in pieces. Even furniture that was wrapped and secured are broken. I don't recommend putting anything of any value in a pod. Pay a moving company and rent a storage unit. Believe me.

Delivery was on time and use of the POD was very convenient. However, the driver failed to inform me that placement of the POD would place the drive wheels in my lawn. When the wheels were in the lawn, they slipped and the POD mover got stuck. The driver then tried to power the POD out of the hole he dug. When that failed, he retrieved some traction boards from his truck and placed them under the wheels and the POD mover came right out. Why he didn't use the traction boards in the first place is inexplainable. Knowing these facts now, I would not hesitate to use a POD. However, the uninformed may end up with long ruts in their lawns. When I called PODS to complain and ask them to schedule a pick up, they said that damage incident to placement of the POD was the customer's responsibility and they referred me to the contract I signed. I was offered a 25 credit as reimbursement for the damage. I'm still waiting for that credit as I asked that it be credited to my credit card account.
