A fantastic site with great facilities reflected in the price. The service is great and any issues I have had were dealt with quickly and effectively. The on site gym is a godsend, saves me going to one off campus and I still access to the same equipment. Definitely better accommodation than what the other people on my course have

I lived here since Oct 2020, and wish to share some of my experience During the pandemics, It is understandable that many facilities are limited due to the government guidelines, such as - limited gym access ( pre-booked with 1-2 person in use) - no longer common area access ( common space, study room, game room, and all of the fancy stuff ) - limited time to access laundry from 7am to 7pm, you can't do a laundry at night The good things here is a nice reception, they also help you on key loss, parcel, and other stuff. However, the contract is not flexible company won't consider any rent reduction or room swapping. Please bare in mind before you booking next year. In my view, I paid more for the access to these facilities, that's why I'm not looking for university accommodation. But it turnout like I was wrong, all of 50-60 pounds/week that I pay more is useless. In conclusion, it's better to book a accomodation with more flexibility during this COVID.

nice location for the Tesco and Lidl downstairs and Whitworth Park cross the road, not so far from the university; fantastic staff for solving your problems patiently and efficiently, especially Jac Davies and Taija James; the only problem is the current construction making big noise and you just cannot escape from this when you are in self-isolation, hope this would finish soon.

The room and facilities provided are good. The staff are unfriendly, and cannot accept their own mistakes. Furthermore, maintenance take ages to come and fix things. For instance, my heater, toilet and window was broken since i moved in. It took them approximately 3 months to fix it, and my window toilet is still broken (bear in mind that its winter at the time I'm writing this so the room can be freezing). The walls are reasonably soundproof, however the windows are not, you can hear the cars going by at night. So going by the amount of money i pay and the service i received, i am quite disappointed. I advice that you find somewhere else to stay. Update: its been at least 7 months since my window is broken, they still haven't come and fix it. They came into my room 5 times, each time promising to replace it, but they have not done anything. Also, now that it is summer time, the room gets incredibly hot, the record in my room so far is 38 degrees at 9pm at night, which makes sleeping impossible. So please please please do not come here, I do not want you to suffer! Also, please note that there is a response from the IQ team under my review, do not be fooled! They did not do anything even though I have contacted them many times in the past, it is probably just a part of their PR stunt.

Did some work here few months back. When I was a student we got drunk and had a laugh, today all they want to do is argue and talk about pronouns. Not wanting to talk to them about their politics when you're busy working was seemingly hateful. The staff not interested.
