This is my second year at the Grafton and I love this accommodation! The location is very convenient for me. It is close to the university campus. The rooms are clean and tidy. The staff are very helpful and friendly. If there is a maintenance issue, it is quickly resolved, usually in the same day or next day. Sending my best wishes! Cristina

Nice place 2 live, not too busy not much rush
Really nice. The management responds quickly to your requests and issues even though there is noone available 24/7 on the site. Really quiet place. Recommendd if you want something close to uni, shops, and a quiet place and do not need much socializing. Stayed here for my second year, very nice and quiet. There was an issue regarding noise but the management resolved it within 2/3 days. Very nice.

Thanks dwell being very generous and helpful for the early release of my contract. I will miss the friendly staff in the property. If you prefer to stay a accommodation close to south campus of UOM and also enjoy onsite convenient store Morrisons, The Grafton is the one.
