Ordered from them at 6.30 on Just Eat, promised to deliver at 7.40, didn't. Couldn't get through, app updated to 8.40, still no food. Wouldn't answer phone, assumed not working, ordered elsewhere. Food randomly arrived at 10.30pm. Have tried to resolve with restaurant and JustEat to no avail. Never again.

If I could give less than one star I would. Ordered at 6:50. Delivery promised at 8:10 (already ridiculous) Still no food at 8:30... rang and they said it had just left the restaurant and should be any minute. We live less than 5 minutes away and the food eventually 20 minutes later. Just save yourself the hassle and order from Dream Wok (not far from Wok & Flame and deliver in way less time and food always good) having to wait 2 hours for food is absurd

Good quality and healthy feeling food. Outstanding at catering for coeliacs. Being a coeliac I struggle to eat out and with confidence but here the friendly helpful staff put me at ease everytime and go above and beyond to ensure I have a good experience. 100% recommend for anyone and especially fellow coeliacs.
