This merchant does not know how to pack and ship. Do not trust your valued content to their people as it may not make it to the destination in tact. Four ceramic art pieces were brought to them to wrap, pack, and ship. This was charged and paid for. Upon arrival 3 of the 4 pieces were completely smashed. The outside box was not damaged at all. Inside the packing peanuts were lose and the inner box was only surrounded on 3 sides with peanuts. Inside that box the 4 items were wrapped in only one layer of bubble wrap and dropped in the box with no additional padding to keep them from jostling against each other. Even I could have packed this better then the so called "professionals" at this business. They further differentiated themselves as dishonest when they filed a claim with FedEx for the damaged items. FedEx did pay the claim (to their credit) even though it was not likely their fault the items broke. Think! Toner & Ink then reimbursed me for the claim amount (from FedEx) for the cost of the items but failed to refund the original packing and shipping charges. You would think that would have been an obvious way to ensure a satisfied customer but they instead ignored it when I brought up the question. If you do business with these folks it is at your own risk.

Had an old work printer run out of ink at the end of the day. Called these guys and they were able to find the cartridge (which is to a rare printer) and get it shipped in overnight. Saved my butt.
