This place all around is about as helpful as a dead battery. Tried for a month to get help and it's always someone else you need to talk to or go to or the fun hoops they make you hop through. Live right beside Mansfield but we have to go to the Marion VA because they have competent people working there. Please close this entire facility and go train at the Marion or Cbus Va and learn how to do you job correctly. Then open back up when you can help. I wouldn't take a sick dog here, let alone someone who fought for your freedom.

Construction has been going on so long its horrible. Sitting in a room trying to talk to your doctor and hearing nothing but bangs. Sigh...also getting moved from one waiting room to another is pretty horrible. And the VA knows you're going to be waiting so long you can read a book! Feel like just a number. No pharmacy No same day (heck sometimes same month)

Tele health appointments are being severely mismanaged. All other health facilities allow me to bring my 4 year old son in case childcare falls through...not this place. So I opted for tele health and the VA is supposed to call you ten minutes prior to check in for your appointment. They haven’t the last two times.

Literally one of the worst experiences in any facility very poorly mismanaged by the government there's no wonder vets are having trouble getting their problems fixed
