We called performance air this morning at 7:45 AM with an issue with our fresh air intake system. They were very friendly and professional. They asked for my address and said that they would have someone on the way. The gentlemen showed up as promised and was very friendly and professional. He fixed the system and explained what had happened and what he did to fix it. Then thanked us for calling and said if we have anymore issues to give them a call. Definitely will be using them again. Great job Performance Heat and air.

On January 15, 2021 we met with John Jacobs with Performance Heat and Air. At that time I had a long list of questions that I was asking each of the three companies we met with in hopes of making an informed decision for this major purchase. John answered all my questions but he also educated my husband and me regarding so much more relating to having a new HVAC system installed. On January 20, 2021 Performance Heat and Air installed our new Trane 18 Seer Two Stage XL-18i AC with the compatible heating system. The entire installation process went very smoothly and the install crew was friendly, efficient and cleaned up everything when they finished. I think they went above-and-beyond. Because it is only January I cannot comment yet on the AC portion of the system but right now I am excited about how the heating system is performing. I can certainly recommend a 2-stage system because it is so efficient at keeping the house at a constant temperature and doing so quietly. With the old system it was either too cold or too warm. I can, without reservation recommend Performance Heat and Air!

They were able to come out the same day and get my hearing issues resolved promptly. The guy who came out what very knowledgeable and friendly. I will definitely be using them again if I have any issues.
