I called to get hours because I wanted to take care of a ticket. I was assured they would be available from 8-5. After a 30 minute trip, I arrive at 12:20 and there is paper taped to the windows saying they are closed for lunch on this particular day only from 12-1. If they do not have a plan to alternate their lunch schedule to accommodate the public, then they should. There are several people lined up waiting.
