This was my 2nd visit at this Institution. Dr. Davis was very Professional at the Windy Hill Location, and put me at ease with the concerns I had. This is what made me have confidence in the providers to address a more recent concern. Lynn Guan PA, would be the provider this time. Very pleasant, and professional demeanor. She listened to the symptoms I described, and did not rush through the exam. She offered suggestions, and asked for my feedback. She offered me the opportunity to be an active participant in my care as well without me forcing it, and I appreciate that. Her suggested plan of action worked and I feel 100% back to normal!

I was experiencing problems with my ear that had gotten progressively wrost by Friday prior to Labor Day and currently I had no ENT doctor. While experiencing horrific and excruciating pains, I went first to an Urgent Care facility and later to a hospital's emergency room. To no avail, the pains got wrost. I was determined that my next visit would be to an ENT doctor. I researched the internet and located the ENT Institute in West Cobb Marietta with excellent reviews. I impatiently waited until Tueday due to Monday being a holiday and promptly called their office. The nice receptionist listened attentively while I explained my dilemma and booked me an appointment immediately. Upon arrival, the staff was nice and the attending physician, Dr. Eric Weinman, was very personable, knowlegeable and thorough with his examination and treatments. He listened attentively while I explained my symptoms. My follow up visit was 2 days after the initial visit and I had improved immensely. A grateful THANKS to Dr. Weinman and his staff and without hesitation I recommend this clinic.

(East Cobb) I was sick with throat/ear issues with fever and it was chalked up to othing seen\ and given Magic Mouthwash and a pill for acid reflux (and to come back in 6 weeks for a \follow-up\). Went to another doctor and it was determined strep. I called to cancel to the follow-up (as I had it handled elsewhere) and told I have to pay another 115 since my BCBS POS wasn't going to pay past my 25 specialist deductible for, I assume, their additional services (?)

I am a patient of Dr. WEINMAN at the ENT Institute. He has done a fantastic job treating my condition. He is caring and compassionate and takes the time to explain how he is treating my hearing loss and what my options are. The entire staff at the office is friendly and knowledgeable and also do a great job. Everyone is also very professional. I have also been treated at the Brookhaven location. I highly recommend the entire ENT Institute and staff. Thank you to everyone for your continued compassion and support!!!
