it was one of my best travel experience working with this agency. very very kind and patient travel agencies.
The worst experience! Most of the time I purchase my tickets online without any problem. This time I wanted to travel with my small puppy and it was very important for me to have him in this trip so I prefer to do it with an agency! They were unprofessional and got my ticket without getting confirmation for my dog and they tried to do it a week before the flight date! And obviously they couldn't and I received an email that shows that flight met pet in cabin limitation! So, my whole plan ruined! I had a horrible time before my vacation! And the worst part was impolite behavior of the manager! She even didn't cooperate for sending an email to Airlines! I would never go there again!

If you want to do more with details I don't recommend this agency.Their manager has no knowledge about details.My friend and I have got some misleading information from this agency about baggage damage, pet ticket and on sale tickets.
