I had a procedure done with Dr. Balderas. I was nervous going in to the procedure but she was able to explain how the procedure would go. The nurses were very attentive and made sure I was comfortable. Dr. Balderas was very knowledgeable and professional. I’ve referred other friend and family to their office and have always taken care if them promptly.

Had an amazing experience here. I was greeted by an awesome, sweet and professional lady named Cecilia. She was very caring and understanding. The moment I stepped into the facility she made me feel right at home. I was very satisfied and impressed by her. The facility was was clean and neat. Waiting time was extremely reasonable. Dr. Rodriguez was very professional and attentive to my concerns. Engaging in a conversation with him was easy. He is a good man and is down-to-earth. During my exit process, I met another sweet lady named Carrol. Carrol was also professional and understanding. Overall, I strongly encouraged anyone in need of a Gastroenterologist to visit this place.

I don’t recommend this place I recommend Renaissance Gastroenterology it’s the best Gastroenterology in The Valley. Dr Chacon is the best physician she is caring nice and she does everything carefully. It does not hurt at all when she does the procedures.

DR Balderas is the best GI DR, I was six months pregnant with gallbladder stones I was a very complicated case no DR wanted to do surgery nor perform a procedure on me I had a stone stuck on the bile duct and DR Balderas saved my daughter's life and mine it was a risky ERCP but thanks to her experience everything was successful, I am very thankful for everything she did for me.

Terrible customer service. Front desk ladies are unfriendly and they ask me to pay the visit before seeing the doctor. Usually any business render their services and then charge. Waiting time was long even if you arrive early. Waiting area furniture was clean but old.
