First time visiting and l fell in love with this cute little store. They did a great job monogramming my 31 bags and I plan on going back soon. I discovered so many cute things while looking around, I fear I could go broke here. Lol

Called yesterday to place an order and staff was very rude and short with me over the phone. She told me they didn't have what I asked for but it's clearly posted right on the website!!! Fyi black people love spending money at Serendipity as well! I was known by name at the one in Macon before moving here to McDonough!! Will never spend my money here!!

I went to serendipity just the other day and I had a horrible experience the lady I went to wasn’t very nice at all and I asked if I could get my Vera Bradley purse monogrammed and she immediately said no she said it would be to small and would close the front pocket well then I pulled up a picture of others that had the same material and she made another excuse of how it could not be done so then I took my stuff and left. I then found out that a lady at Moye’s pharmacy did it. So I went there the next day the lady was super nice and I asked her if she could monogram my purse she said absolutely with no problem she then explained that it would shut the front pocket but it was going to be big like I want it as far as the other lady at serendipity it would be super small not even visible so I would never go back to serendipity again horrible experience
